His portfolio includes leading sales for high-profile projects across the city for renowned developers such as Rockefeller Group, Selig Enterprises and Monte Hewett Homes.
Jonathan possesses a rare and deep knowledge of market analytics, project management and negotiation strategy. While his expertise extends to virtually every Atlanta neighborhood, his primary focus lies within the Intown markets. Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer, facilitating a bespoke custom build or navigating the sale of a multimillion-dollar high-rise, he operates with the philosophy that every client is making the most important purchase of their life.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, and raised in Macon, Georgia, Jonathan stems from a family of educators and entrepreneurs — a background that fuels his love for the constant learning required in real estate. He holds an undergraduate degree in History from LaGrange College and completed his real estate education at the University of Georgia. Prior to his current role, he honed his business acumen as the owner of a successful personal training company, then served as Director of Market Research and later, as Head of New Development for two global luxury brokerages.
Jonathan currently resides in South Buckhead with his wife, Melissa, the Director of US Tax for a real estate-focused asset management firm. Outside of real estate, he enjoys weightlifting, traveling the world with his wife and indulging his 'nerdy' passions — dissecting data in Excel and online gaming.
