Ben Torr

Ben Torr grew up in Southern California before relocating to Park City, Utah in 2016. In 2020, after nearly eight years in the five-star hotel industry, Ben transitioned into real estate, bringing with him a strong foundation in service, attention to detail, and a true concierge-level approach to client care. He began his real estate career as a licensed assistant, learning the business from the ground up before becoming a full-time Global Real Estate Advisor in 2023.
Specializing in new construction and development sales, Ben has quickly established himself as an expert in navigating the complexities of builder relationships, project launches, and guiding buyers through the construction process from blueprint to closing. By July of 2025, he had achieved over $66 million in closed real estate transactions—an accomplishment that reflects both his work ethic and his ability to deliver results in a highly competitive market.
Today, Ben is proud to continue his career with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, where he combines his market expertise with the five-star hospitality skills he mastered in luxury hotels. His background allows him to provide a truly elevated client experience, anticipating needs, handling details seamlessly, and ensuring every buyer and seller feels like a VIP throughout their real estate journey.
Ben now lives in Coalville, Utah, with his wife, Jordyn, their dog, cat, and backyard flock of chickens.
