Ethan Fei

Ethan came to Toronto from China in 2018 and decided to call it home since it is a great place to live and work. Here, Ethan developed a great passion for real estate and backed up by his strong sales skills from the automotive industry and his MBA at Fudan University in Shanghai he was able to help dozens of families in the last two years to buy and sell their homes.

Ethan has joined Addeo Team at Sotheby’s International Realty to expand his specialization in the preconstruction market and luxury properties so he can assist more clients in finding suitable homes and investments.

Ethan is not only passionate about helping families find their next home but enjoys giving back to his community. Ethan has served as a volunteer in his local Lupus Ontario and loves being a part of other Markham community events.

An avid swimming enthusiast, when Ethan is not in the office or volunteering, you will often find him swimming laps at the Markham Pan Am Centre and enjoying time with his friends and family members.
