Sidney Newfield

Having grown up in the St. Petersburg area, Sidney Newfield has watched our wonderful community continue to grow. As a sales associate with the St. Petersburg office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, it is Sidney's mission to provide her customers with accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis, and sound real estate advice while guiding them through making her beloved hometown their own hometown.

A graduate of St. Petersburg High School and the University of South Florida, Sidney has immeasurable local knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, beaches, and schools. And, as a history buff, she has heaps of local history. Did you know that St. Petersburg holds the Guinness World Record for having the most consecutive days of sunshine?

Prior to becoming a licensed Florida REALTOR®, Sidney worked as the former director of aquatics for the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg. Managing all aspects of the facility, she was responsible for hiring and training lifeguards and other staff members and creating all programming for adults and children.

An ardent supporter of giving back to the community in which she grew up, Sidney volunteers with the Juvenile Welfare Board, CASA, the YMCA Neighbor to Neighbor Christmas Program, and is a member of the St. Pete Young Professionals. Passionate about educating others on drowning prevention, especially living in a waterfront community, Sidney participates in a number of local water safety groups, including the Safe Kids water safety committee of Pinellas County.
