Ashley Phathanak

Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Ashley Phathanak spent years in the property management industry before relocating to Port St. Joe to oversee the operations of a multimillion-dollar apartment community. In 2022, she joined the brokerage and focuses her business on the areas of Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach and St. George Island. She is also the point person for Port St. Joe's newest development, The Overlook, represented exclusively by Scenic Sotheby's International Realty.

Ashley says she's always been a very outgoing 'people person' and enjoys learning more about others. She considers her role more as an advisor or coach, helping clients make the best choices for their goals.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, volunteering, baking and her new hobby of fishing. She and her husband, Danny, are the parents of two active children, Dallas and Aaliyah, who participate in activities like soccer and cheerleading. She enjoys being involved in her community.
