Rachael provides essential staging recommendations, including simplifying and neutralizing spaces, art placement, and any curb appeal items. She is well-versed in addressing needs for cosmetic updates and value-based repairs with a list of trusted contractors to assist clients with sale preparation, repairs, cleaning, moving/packing, etc.

Rachael lives in Parkton, Maryland with her husband and young daughter, three cats, and eight chickens. Her hobbies include nature studies, gardening and hiking.
