Kathy Bearden is a lifelong Texas resident and a licensed professional REALTOR®. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Kathy began her career in banking. Expanding her career from Dallas to New Braunfels, she has dedicated over 36 years to the banking industry. She has now been in New Braunfels for 24 years and is proud to partner with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
