With a strong foundation in real estate development, Leah Zarabi Afriat comes from a family of builders with over 40 years of experience. Growing up immersed in the home-building industry, she developed a deep understanding of construction, design, and market trends, which naturally led her to pursue a career as a builder herself.

Recognizing the strategic intersection between real estate sales and development, Leah joined the Friedman Team, where she specializes in marketing and selling her own luxury new construction homes. By leveraging the leads she generates, she seamlessly connects discerning buyers with high-end properties while maintaining a hands-on approach to development. She began her career as a property manager for Sentinel Real Estate, managing four 250-unit buildings in Brooklyn, both Rent Stabilized and Free Market. After moving abroad to France for a year and investing internationally, she returned and began buying and building homes on Long Island.

She is well-connected to top-tier brokers, attorneys, and contractors. She considers herself extremely hardworking, but also very sociable and friendly.
