Kate Samec

As a native to Toronto her entire life, Kate has a deep and personal relationship with the city. Raised in the Upper Beaches, she was surrounded by elegant homes, masterful architecture, and waterfront property from a young age. She has a firm understanding of the many cultural spheres throughout Toronto and knowledge of the intimate details of each pocket in the city.

An avid student, Kate received her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Global Management Relations from Ryerson University. With this education, she began to build her career and now boasts over 7 years of combined sales, management and real estate experience.

Kate specializes in building engaging relationships with clients and prides herself on providing the most focused, committed and honest service. She is a realtor who exudes determination and is not afraid to advocate for her clients in every transaction. Her passion for people is apparent through her warm and friendly approach to understanding the needs of her buyers and sellers.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys snowboarding at Mount St Louis, relaxing at her cottage in the Muskoka, or hiking in Hamilton with her miniature dachshund.
