Eva Anifantis

Eva is a member of the award-winning and highly regarded Finnell Lee Homes Team at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. She has extensive experience in real estate, sales, and marketing, and equally notable, a strong reputation for her stellar interpersonal skills, trustworthiness, and sincerity. Passionate about people, places, and cultural exchange, Eva spent many years in the travel and hospitality industry. She owned and operated a boutique travel agency creating curated travel experiences and collaborating with clients and partners across the globe. She later brought her sales and relationship-driven approach to Marriott International, as well as an award-winning national healthcare non-profit. Having been immersed in real estate through residential and commercial property ownership, management, and the complete renovation of her current home, Eva finds her work to be a natural extension of her deep appreciation for both people and place. A beach girl at heart, Eva has called American University Park home for over two decades and is grateful to have raised her family in Washington, DC, amongst the city’s abundant cultural and diverse offerings. She has supported her neighborhood public schools in every capacity, from room parent volunteer to school auction and fundraising leadership. Having served as Theater Booster Chair at Jackson-Reed High School (formerly Wilson HS), she has advocated and raised significant funds to support the performing arts in public schools. Eva is fluent in Greek and is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
