She has spent the majority of these years at ALBANY Bahamas and Baha Mar. In 2021, Michelle made a significant and rewarding move by joining the Bahamas Sotheby’s International Realty team at Baha Mar. There, she spearheaded the opening of the Development Division office as Director of Sales and Operations and has since transitioned into sales. Michelle consistently excels in leadership positions, thanks to her eye for detail and love for strategy.
