David Lane

Originally hailing from the Ozarks, David Lane has now called Atlanta home for over 30 years. In that time, he has closely watched the Metro Atlanta area grow exponentially into the thriving and exciting city it is today. In fact, David began his career in real estate during the 1990s when Midtown and Buckhead were first developing high-rise towers. This front-row seat to the city's development over the years has given him a unique expertise of the ins and outs of the Atlanta real estate market. Fast forward to today, and David has represented a plethora of clients across Metro Atlanta - from Midtown to Milton, Smyrna and Brookhaven, he delivers results.

One of David's strong suits is undoubtedly his patience - he takes great pride in his unwavering commitment to thoroughly understanding his clients' needs to help find their dream home and firmly believes 'this is one of the most important jobs for that very reason.' David is dedicated to building connections and upholding excellent care for his clients. He believes that 'each city and neighborhood has its own identity and vibe. David offers a solid background in closing deals over the years. As a highlight of his career, he once negotiated with 'The Gambler' singer himself, the late Kenny Rogers, in a real estate transaction. He showcases extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry and is a Crystal Phoenix award winner, which denotes 25 years as a Top Producer with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
