A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Nancy is not only able to show off the best features of any home to potential buyers but can make use of her superior mediating skills to ensure buyers and sellers alike receive the best possible result. Nancy was born and raised in northeastern Ohio, but currently lives on a small horse farm in Snohomish, WA. In her free time, she enjoys riding and caring for her horses, knitting, gardening, reading and traveling. She volunteers as an announcer for the horse shows at the Lake Washington Saddle Club in Bridle Trails State Park, and cherishes spending time with friends and loved ones, including her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter.
