Daniel Guenther

Dan moved to Florida in 2000 and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2004. As a broker associate the past 10 years, he has handled multimillion-dollar transactions as an on-site agent in the luxury golf community of Grey Oaks in Naples, Florida. Dan and his partners, Sam Heitman and Melissa Williams, have led all agents in Grey Oaks in closed sales the majority of their tenure there. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Naples Board of REALTORS, holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and is certified in transnational referrals. Dan formerly worked in the new home sales division for four years at Centex Destination Properties in Palm Coast, Florida. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications. As a Division I hockey player for the University of Wisconsin Badgers, it was a natural shift to work in radio and TV as a play-by-play broadcaster for the local Florida Everblades professional hockey team early in his career. Dan is an award-winning sales executive earning the distinction of Palm Coast Sales Executive of the Year for Centex Destination Properties. He and his wife Cavan reside in Naples and have a son, Brady and a daughter, Stella. Dan considers himself a self-starting goal-oriented strategist whose confidence, perseverance and vision promote success. As an expert sales leader, he believes in honesty and communicative skills as being key to his accomplishments.
