Nathan Matwijec

A Nashville native, and previously a corporate finance and marketing professional, Nathan Matwijec (pronounced 'Ma-twee-jick') is an Affiliate Broker with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty. His previous professional experiences include corporate equipment finance and marketing, as well as international banking and lending. In 2012, Nathan decided to pursue a lifelong passion of working in the real estate industry, from both a brokerage and an investment standpoint. His previous professional experiences provide a valuable skill set knowledge, evaluating real estate as an investment thesis, marketing on local and national levels, as well as innate communication and people service skills. Nathan is a founding member of the Matwijec Stinson Group, often referred to as Home Sweet Nash, a relationship based real estate team that collectively contributed to more than 80 property conveyances resulting in $50,000,000+ in 2019.
