Dan Olson

Born in Billings, Montana, and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Dan Olson relocated to Venice in 1987 where he worked directly with customers on a daily basis for 17 years in management as one of Venice's most successful automobile dealerships. Since 2005, Dan has transitioned his strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented sales approach by helping home buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota County.

Together with his partner, Maryann Kurtz, Dan Olson formed the Kurtz/Olson team to manage your buying/selling process with meticulous detail and guide clients through successful and profitable real estate transactions. The team specializes in golf to Gulf properties, pre-construction residential homes and condominiums. Dan prides himself on strong representation and referral traffic for the area's golf communities.
