Marsha Weaver

Marsha has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge working in numerous aspects of the real estate business over the past 35 years. Buyers, sellers and peers have learned to trust Marsha's professionalism, service and integrity.

Originally from Concord, North Carolina, Marsha learned the significance of providing homes to families and the value of customer service from her family of custom contractors. After spending a lifetime vacationing in Southwest Florida, her family moved permanently to the area 37 years ago. Her years of experience and dedication to the communities of Sarasota County have enabled her to become a market expert.

Her thorough knowledge of the financial and legal process is drawn from 11 years as a successful mortgage lender. In her career, Marsha has been recognized for many outstanding professional accomplishments, including being the top Florida Mortgage Producer and Customer Service Lender with First Chicago-NBD Bank. She has a degree in business and accounting from William Peace University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Marsha is a member of the Venice Area Board of REALTORS® (VABR) and is involved in the local Chamber of Commerce, her church and supports many other community organizations. For recreation, Marsha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and decorating.
