Kasey Ritter

Kasey has been a Floridian for over 20 years but was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she learned the values of family, integrity, and hard work. A lifelong athlete, she lettered in four sports and earned a Division I soccer scholarship to North Carolina State University, where she was recognized as a scholar-athlete. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and went on to earn a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, where she also played for the UF women’s club soccer team.
After graduation, Kasey began her career with a global environmental engineering firm, managing multi-million-dollar water and sewer projects across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Her technical expertise, attention to detail, and communication skills became the foundation of her approach to real estate.
In 2003, Kasey and her husband, Levi, purchased their first home in San Marco and quickly fell in love with the neighborhood’s historic charm and sense of community. Three homes later, they still reside in San Marco, raising their four children and remaining active in local schools and youth sports. Kasey currently coaches the girls’ varsity soccer team at Episcopal School of Jacksonville.
