Tracy Swindell

With a BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Virginia, Swindell utilizes her extensive experience in residential real estate development and commercial real estate lending when assisting clients. A Baltimore resident since 1972 and a mother of five children, Swindell is well positioned to bring her clients \'inside\' Baltimore, sharing knowledge of cultural attractions, restaurants, and sports. She is an active volunteer at her children's schools: Calvert, Gilman, Garrison Forest. She enjoys being on the club lacrosse and lacrosse sidelines of her children at the University of Virginia and Gettysburg College. A member of the Guilford Garden Club, Swindell enjoys gardening and flower arranging in her spare time.\n
