While Manager of William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty Darien office, Kevin was named 'Manager Of The Year' in 2004 for increasing gross revenue some 82% and closed transactions nearly 100%. In addition, Kevin has been awarded Platinum Producer both in 2021 & 2018.
Prior to his real estate career Kevin was a Sales Manager for Aztec Metal Maintenance Corporation, an architectural metal refinishing and maintenance firm in Manhattan. During his 7 years in Manhattan Kevin excelled at sales, contract negotiation and account management with leading Manhattan commercial real estate firms including: The Trump Organization, Cushman & Wakefield, William A. White and others.
Kevin's sales experience, negotiating and organizational skills have been honed over many years of business in New York and Connecticut, but he also has a tremendous knowledge of Fairfield County. As a native of Stamford Connecticut and a 1987 graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut, Kevin knows the area very well. He has listed and or sold homes in Stamford, Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Fairfield, Trumbull, Stratford, Wilton, Ridgefield and Southbury. In addition, Kevin is the past president of a local neighborhood association in Stamford, former board member ot the Stamford Board of Realtors an avid boater and car enthusiast.
