So many qualities and skills go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of my work. My highest priority as a real estate professional is to put my clients first. This means being accessible, being a good listener and communicator, all while responding quickly to your needs. In my 25+ years in real estate, I have been involved with buying and selling real estate, investment property, and property management, which has given me vast knowledge of all aspects of real estate, with one important constant - service to my clients. I am passionate about helping others fulfill their real estate dreams, whether that dream is purchasing a new home or selling an existing home with unparalleled expertise.
My areas of expertise include resort, residential, luxury homes, waterfront, and golf course properties, investment and income property, short sales, bank-owned foreclosed properties, and 1031 exchange or self-directed real estate IRAs.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors, and the Coeur d'Alene & Sandpoint Multiple Listing Services (MLS). I am a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Before my real estate career, I managed an investment company for 15 successful years, specializing in sales and marketing management for IBM in Kansas City and Los Angeles. During my tenure at IBM, I became a leader known for quality, service, and results in everything I did. I am originally from Southern California and hold a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California.
In my personal life, I am very active in the community and am highly involved with Habitat for Humanity, the Coeur d'Alene School District, and the tennis community. My husband John and I met in college on the 'Around the World Floating Campus Semester at Sea' and have two adult children. I enjoy skiing, boating, tennis, and living the Idaho lifestyle.
