Tom Fitzpatrick

Tom's roots in real estate began as a property manager for musician Stephen Stills. In 2004, he became broker of record for two 30A developments.

While real estate is his profession, Tom is a passionate golfer. He is one of a few to have achieved 'David Leadbetter Certified Instructor' status. He has also conducted corporate workshops with Tim Gallwey, bestselling author of 'The Inner Game of Golf.' Through the years, Tom has played golf and trained with several top-ranked golf pros, notable entertainers and senior executives. He writes a regular golf column for 'Thirty-A Review.'
