Gary Coger

Gary moved to Vermont with his wife Domenica from New Jersey in 2001 to raise their twin Daughters in the Green Mountain State. A lifelong business owner Gary started his Real Estate career in 2006 and quickly established success working with both sellers and buyers both in the residential and second home markets. A graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, he has served as a managing broker for seven years as well as serving as a Director and President of Crown Point Board of Realtors in Windsor County VT in 2015. As a top selling agent Gary uses hard work and determination as his cornerstones. He has built his career on honesty and integrity providing service that emphasizes communication and an attention to detail that helps his clients through every aspect of the buying and selling process with as little stress as possible.
