Alessio Gasparri

Born and raised in Rome where he studied law, Alessio began his career at his father's law firm in Siena. There he became proficient in real estate legal requirements concerning conveyances and renovations as well as market surveys for property valuations. From 2010 he has operated as a property manager being in charge of several residential properties in the historical center of Rome, liaising with commercial firms, notary firms and estate agencies. Fully licensed real estate broker, in 2014 Alessio joined the Italy Sotheby's International Realty team. A mediator by nature, empathy, compliance and trustworthiness shape his character to guide both parties, sellers and buyers, throughout the whole process in the luxury market.
