Phina Chrisentery grew up in Berkeley, CA and remained a resident of the East Bay area throughout her adult years. Phina began her Real Estate career 20 years ago and has since then remained an active full time Realtor.

She redirected her focus in 2002 when she began training new agents with a self-made 10 week training program for success. Many agents have benefited from her wide range of knowledge and experience as a professional real estate agent. Phina later moved into management where she gained a broad perspective on the real estate market in addition to the experience of growing and managing a large brokerage.
