Known for his ability to foster innovation and build high-performing teams, Cristian is committed to elevating both agent success and client satisfaction. Before joining Sotheby's International Realty, Cristian held leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty, where he spearheaded revenue growth, market expansion, and technological advancements in the market centers in both the Philadelphia and Los Angeles areas. His expertise in negotiations, acquisitions, and operational efficiency were instrumental in shaping the company's competitive edge in both markets.
In addition to his executive leadership regional role, Cristian is also the brokerage manager for the Beverly Hills Brokerage, where he is responsible for the growth and success of the office and its affiliated associates. In his role as a non-compete manager, Cristian oversees overall operations, administrative tasks, and brokerage transactions. Cristian plays an active role in providing support to both his agents in listing acquisition and transactional guidance to clients, making himself available to them and his agents. Cristian has often been asked to represent the Sotheby's International Realty brand at training and educational events on topics such as How To Influence, Rocking the Brand, and Coaching with Intention. Cristian has received numerous invitations from various firms across the U.S. to teach real estate courses and conduct workshops on negotiation skills, selling and buying techniques, and mastering the art of selling in real estate.
Cristian built his reputation as a strong relationship-based recruiter by attracting top-level seasoned agents to the brand. He has able to do so through his effective coaching on negotiation skills and high-performance productivity-based techniques, strengths analysis, and team-building development strategies.
As a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths executive and management coach, Cristian's individual, executive, and team-building coaching programs are now strengths-based and have already seen tremendous growth in his agents' sales business as well as his executive teams' employment engagement and performance.
A respected industry leader, Cristian is actively involved in giving back to communities where he lives and works in by donating his time and energy to several non-profit organizations that focus primarily on diversity and inclusion, animal welfare, homelessness, LGBQT+ and children in poverty causes.
