As a fourth-generation San Franciscan, born in the city and raised in Burlingame and Hillsborough, Nick has a deep-rooted connection to the Bay Area. Growing up immersed in a family with a background in construction and real estate, Nick developed an early passion for the industry. After graduating from Burlingame High School and the University of San Francisco, Nick worked with startups and a nonprofit serving inner-city schools, experiences that honed his skills in community engagement, problem-solving, and negotiation - skills he now brings to his real estate clients.

Seeking to further deepen his real estate expertise, he earned an MBA with an emphasis in real estate development and investment from the University of Toronto.
