Kelly Radetich

California native Kelly Ringer-Radetich has been selling homes here for over two decades. Having launched her real estate career in Huntington Beach, she maintains close ties with Southern California while focusing her efforts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kelly has particular expertise in the waterfront communities of One Marina and Bair Island in Redwood City, where she lives. She and her husband also have a home in Reno, Nevada – a beloved retreat and home base for their skiing adventures.

A flight attendant for 27 years before shifting her talents to real estate, Kelly has always loved to travel. Her unique beach-bay-mountain connection makes Kelly a great collaborator for clients evaluating moves between Northern and Southern California, or contemplating a place in the mountains. She has worked extensively with clients relocating for work and is intimately aware of all the details involved in dealing with that transition.

An active life-long learner, Kelly has earned multiple specialty certifications (Certified International Property Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative), each requiring hours of training and real-world experience. That learning effort extends to Kelly’s personal development, including enrolling in lessons at the Baylands Golf Links in Palo Alto to improve her golf game. She finds great joy in learning new things and improving her skills and understanding.
