Betsy Jones Zwick

In 1996, Betsy served as the assistant manager for Fred Sands and was a freelance pricing specialist for EMC Mortgage Company for over a decade. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional, Betsy had a 15-year career as a costume and set designer in advertising and film. Her design background enables her to properly assess how to prep a house for marketing and to inspire clients or help them see potential in a property. Her background as a pricing specialist allows her to do a precise market evaluation when it's time to list a home. She believes that pricing a property accurately is the key to a successful sale.

Her community involvement has included being a parent volunteer at Montecito Union School and Crane School and serving on the board of the Santa Barbara Historical Museum.

When she isn't working, Betsy loves to play pickleball, golf, hike, and ski. Her other interests include music, theatre, film, reading historical novels, and travel but she is most passionate about her children, art, photography, and the environment.
