Sara Phelps has a diverse background in real estate that began over 20 years ago in the title and escrow industry. This experience helped her become familiar with the communities and city officials of Monterey County and allowed her to build lasting relationships with key landowners and developers throughout the state. A broker and Realtor since 2004, Sara’s tenacity and persistence enable her to help her clients achieve their goals and win awards including the Silver Award in 2019 and Top 10 Producing Agent in Salinas in 2021.
