Bethany Kaylor

A Fannin County native with deep roots in North Georgia, Bethany Kaylor brings over 15 years of bookkeeping and administrative expertise to her real estate business. After co-founding Gnarly Home Crafters with her husband, Daniel, in 2016, Bethany took her next step in 2023 by earning her real estate license and joining forces with Daniel again — this time as The Kaylor Group.

Together for over 12 years, Bethany and Daniel have built a reputation for honesty, precision and results, earning Top Producer recognition from 2021 through 2024. Bethany’s background in construction management gives her a sharp eye for quality, functionality and potential — an advantage she brings to both buyers and sellers. Her ability to turn a client’s goals into a clear, actionable plan sets her apart.

In 2024, Bethany completed her Ninja Selling training, a mindset- and systems-based approach created by Larry Kendall. The method has become a cornerstone of her business — helping her stay organized, focused and in tune with clients’ needs.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Bethany enjoying the outdoors with Daniel and their two dogs, Miley and Oscar — boating, surfing, fly-fishing on the Toccoa or mountain biking the Blue Ridge trails. She’s also an active member of her First Baptist Church in Blue Ridge.
