In 1998 I conquered Kilimanjaro (5895 sqm), what an experience to keep focused! And what a sense of achievement to realize that you have conquered Africa's highest summit mountain. In the year 2000 (the millennium) another challenge saw me training for and successfully accomplishing the ultimate human race - the Comrades marathon! 87.3 km uphill from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. All this took long hours, hard work, dedication, courage, determination, vision and passion - qualities which i have put into real estate over the past years.
