Exclusive beachfront house in a highly sought-after gated community of Costa Verde, one of the most famous coastlines in Brazil. The caretaker's house is in a completely separate structure, comprising a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The gated community has a 24-hour security team, a plane runway, a helipad, a hotel, a marina, and a tennis court.
