Windfall consists of 724 contiguous acres of rolling terrain in the up-and-coming Paso Robles American Viticulture Area ("AVA"), which was voted the "Best Wine Region" for 2023 in USA Today. The Company acquired this ranch in 2009 through an agreement assigning all ownership interest in Windfall to LMNR. Because of its good water resources LMNR has developed 389+/- acres of high quality wine grapes.
