Monserrate's team has fallen in love with the propertybecause of the experience we have imagined it should be to live in it. The architects have managed to make a house that has the privacy of being inside a concrete cube, to be a pleasure for the eyes. The result that has been achieved with the light wells, landscaping and the combination of materials playing with white and black.

Both pedestrian and vehicle entrances are spectacular at the same time as unique as you can see in the images.

The house is very comfortable since it is distributed on two floors, spacious and bright and with a very pleasant transition between them when doing it through a ramp.

The upper floor, perfectly integrates the exterior with the house. From the living room and from the kitchen, we control and enjoy the light of the pool area and its 'chill-out'. We also enjoy the luminosity and the landscape of the two light wells, one of them a Japanese garden which we have access from the kitchen.
