The Cidade da Horta 35 building is being rehabilitated and expanded, and will give life to a new work with a total of 5 apartments with typologies between one bedroom to 3 bedrooms duplex. This project was designed to ensure harmony on the facade between the original elements, and the expansion of it, maintaining elements of architectural value such as the tile covering and the stonework in lioz. The one bedroom apartment is characterized by having an open-space living room with the kitchen and connection to the bedroom. The 2 bedrooms have an open-space living room with kitchen, one guest bathroom, and two bedrooms, one of which is the master suite, with a private bathroom. All apartments have a balcony facing south on the back facade of the building and some also have a balcony on the main facade. The apartments will be equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes. The building will have an elevator. The materials used are of high quality, and the kitchens are fully equipped with the SMEG brand. This building is located in Arroios, located in the heart of Estefânia, in a residential area, but very close to Saldanha, which is currently one of the main business centers in the city of Lisbon. This area is served by several schools, shops, hospitals, gardens, and a vast network of public transport. Completion of the work scheduled for the end of 2022.
